  1. No Returns on Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products being food items and inherently perishable, we cannot accept returns. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our chocolates.

  2. Seasonal Online Shop Closure: Please note that our online store is closed from May to September to ensure the quality of our chocolates during the warmer months. Despite this, there may still be occasions where you receive chocolates affected by unseasonably warm temperatures during the other months. We recommend that you retrieve your packages promptly upon delivery to prevent possible melting.

  3. Shipping Across Canada: All our online orders are shipped across Canada through Canada Post. While all chocolates leave our facility in pristine condition, we cannot control or be held responsible for the condition of the packaging or the contents during transit. Any issues related to the delivery should be addressed with Canada Post directly.
