All orders are shipped from our Canadian fulfilment location via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or other reputable delivery partners.

Leonidas Chocolate Canada is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, theft after delivery, or damages occurring once the order has left our facility. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and for tracking and promptly receiving their shipments.

Our chocolates are imported fresh from Belgium and are best enjoyed within 30 days of purchase. Please store in a cool, dry place between 15–18°C (59–65°F).

Product assortments may vary slightly from images shown depending on seasonal availability.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be placed as a guest or through a registered account.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation requests submitted by email or phone may take up to 24 hours to process and are not guaranteed if the order has already been dispatched.

Due to food safety regulations, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on perishable goods.

4. Substitutions & Corporate Gifts

From time to time, specific pralines or packaging styles may be unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value and comparable flavour profile.

Lead times for large, corporate, or custom gift orders may vary based on volume and availability. We recommend placing corporate orders well in advance of required delivery dates.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the freshness and quality of our chocolates.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping-related damage claims may be subject to carrier investigation. Heat exposure, theft, or delayed retrieval after confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund.
